This website has been created and is maintained by the parents of a 11 year old child with CP. They would like to share their experience and research with others--parents like them, medical professionals, educators and anyone else interested in cerebral palsy. They are American but there are many useful links on the site and its a good site to visit.

This website is a general information site based in the UK. It doesn't have any specific information on Northern Ireland but again there is a lot of information on it and there are loads of good links.
Cerebral Palsy - a parents guide
I find this site a very good place if you want information on CP. It was set up by a mother of a girl with CP so its not unlike my site. There are some stories on it, information and links and some pictures.
Ryedale Special Families
This is an English group from a town called Ryedale in Northern England. Its made up of families who all have children with a disability, of a wide variety of conditions. They fund raise and recently released a book made up of their own stories. Its called Altered Images and is available from the Cerebra Lending Library and also from the site itself.
Child Disability Website
Set up by parents of twin boys who both have Cerebral Palsy in England, this site is jam packed full of really useful information about your rights, education, places to go and useful links. They have also put pictures of their house and their family, and have shared everything they know. You can leave feedback too, its a great site and well worth a look.
